Philippine lottery players obtain 4D lottery play slips and fill out the necessary information about lottery number they want to play and how they want to play it. The player's goal is to choose an exact match with the Luzon, Vismin lottery drawn winning 4D lottery number.
Pick up a 4D lottery play slip at an authorized lottery office or retailer and fill it out.
First, mark one (1) number from 0 to 9 on
each of the 4 columns on the play slip or tell your number combination
to the Lotto operator.
Second, mark the desired play amount of your investment or wager on the
